The Lyte take
Use triggers to hand reps work that’s ready to go. It saves a ton of time, and every rep follows the same process.
Before you turn things on
The homepage is changing for everyone. The 360 homepage goes away in 2026, so plan a short walkthrough for your reps.
Some docs lag behind. The February notes announce a search bar on the Triggers page, but the help article only describes filters.
Zoom Mail has Zoom requirements. You need Zoom Workplace Business or higher with Zoom Mail set up, and email aliases aren’t supported.
Some pieces need Amplify. AI personalization on trigger tasks and the December account search are Amplify features.
