What it actually does
The first time you log in, you pick a starting layout, such as Prospecting or Deal & Account Management. The homepage is made of tiles you can add, remove, move and resize, with one chat box at the top.
It replaces the old 360 homepage.
Who it's for
Everyone. Admins can set defaults for the whole org or for groups of profiles.

The first screen fits the job, whether that’s prospecting or managing deals.

How to set it up
Pick a template
At login, choose Prospecting or Deal & Account Management and click Next. If an admin set a default, you skip this step.
Edit your layout
Click Edit Layout to add, remove, move and resize tiles. Your own layout overrides the admin default.
Turn on the chat (admins)
An admin needs to turn on Omni, Smart Account Assist or Deal Assist for the chat box to work. The help article doesn’t give the menu path.
