The personalized homepage, and where the 360 homepage went
Outreach retired the old 360 homepage this year. Here's what replaced it, and how admins can give every team the right starting screen.

What it actually does
The personalized homepage is a set of tiles each person sees when they log in: their pipeline against quota, upcoming meetings, saved lists of accounts and deals, and Omni ready to answer questions. New users pick a starting template, like Prospecting or Deal & Account Management.
Admins can skip that step entirely by pushing a standard layout to the whole company or to specific teams, and can stop a team from changing it.

Every Outreach user. Admins who want a consistent rollout.
Why it matters
The move away from 360 happened either way. A planned layout beats every rep building their own.

FEB

How to roll it out
Decide your teams
Group people by what they need to see first. A common split is prospecting teams and deal or account teams, which match Outreach's two starting templates.
Push a default layout
Set a default layout for each team. When a default is set, people skip the setup survey and start with your layout.
Lock it if you need to
You can stop a team from editing its layout, so everyone keeps the same view.
