Account pages split into a fast "what's going on" view and a document-style planning space, and the plan can live inside Salesforce too.
Every account now has two views. Account Overview is the quick scan: tiles with what's happening, plus links to the account's Slack channel, website, LinkedIn and CRM record. Account Plan is where strategy lives: a document-style page with layouts, section navigation, comments on tiles and a canvas view.
The account plan, with its relationship map, engagement timeline and AI insights, can also sit right on the Salesforce account page. It's live and editable, not a copy that goes out of date.

One place for account strategy, visible where your team already works, including Salesforce.
Click any account name, then switch between the Overview and Plan tabs.
Open an account and click Account Plan. In the side panel, go to Custom fields › Configure, choose the fields you want, and click Save changes.
In Outreach, go to Accounts, open the layout's Embed layout option and click Copy to clipboard.
Create a Visualforce page with that code, add it to the Account Lightning record page, and activate it.
