Omni started the year as a beta chat box. By September it was a full-screen assistant that lives on every record, asks before it touches your CRM, and remembers how you like your answers.
Omni is a chat assistant built into Outreach. You ask a question in plain English, like "Which of my accounts had activity this week but no next step?" or "What objections came up on yesterday's call?" Omni digs through accounts, deals, activity and call transcripts, answers, and shows where the answer came from.
It can also act on the answer. Ask it to create a task, update a field or add a prospect to a sequence, and it shows you exactly what it's about to change and waits for your approval. It only ever shows you data you already have permission to see.
Reps and managers use it every day. Admins switch it on and decide who gets it.
It replaces clicking through records with asking a question, then turns the answer into an action without leaving the page.
Go to Administration › Agents & AI › Features › Omni and switch on Enable Omni. Account Assist, Deal Assist and Omni each have their own switch.
User profiles follow the company setting, and you can switch Omni off for specific profiles. A profile can't turn on something that's off for the whole company.
Users open it from the homepage, the Omni button on any record, or the Omni item in the left menu for the full-screen view.
Tell Omni to "remember" something, like "always give me agendas as bullet points." Say "forget that" to remove it, or ask it to show your saved preferences. Memory is on by default and private to each person.
