Out of the box, Omni knows your CRM data but nothing about what you sell or who you're up against. These two features fix that. One is a cheat sheet, the other is a library.
Org Context is a short company profile: what you sell, who you compete with, how you sell. Every AI agent reads the active parts before every answer. It comes with three starter blocks (Company overview, Competitors and Products), and you can add your own.
Knowledge is a library of approved documents, like battlecards, case studies and decks. The AI searches it only when a question needs it, and lists the documents it used. In Omni, a Sources section lets people download them.
The simple way to tell them apart: Org Context holds the facts every answer should reflect. Knowledge holds the detail the AI looks up when it's relevant.
Admins and enablement teams build and maintain them. Everyone who uses Outreach's AI gets better answers.
AI answers stay on-message, specific to your company, and traceable to material you've approved.
Open AI toolkit › Org context. Edit a starter block or add a new one. Type the content yourself, or click Populate from web, then review what it suggests and accept or reject it.
Only active blocks are read by the AI. To refresh everything, use Repopulate all content from the "..." menu.
Go to AI toolkit › Knowledge, click Add content, and upload files or whole folders.
Channels decide where a document is used: Omni, Account Assist, Personalization or Playground. A document with no channel is stored but never used.
Use Ask in Playground before you move a document to live channels. New files can take up to 24 hours to be ready.
