What it actually does
A sidebar app in the Zoom Mail compose window gives you your Outreach templates and snippets, open and click tracking, follow-up reminders and a button to drop in your booking link.
Email and calendar activity syncs back to Outreach.
Who it's for
Reps and AEs at companies on Zoom Workplace email. IT handles the back-end connection.

How to set it up
IT allows the sync app
Your IT admin may need to allow the back-end app Outreach Email and Calendar Sync. Users can’t install or remove it.
Connect your mailbox
In Outreach, click your name, then Personal Settings › Mailboxes and your address. Choose Zoom › Connect with Zoom, turn on sending and syncing, and save.
Connect your calendar
Go to Personal Settings › Meetings › Calendar Setup, select Zoom and authorize it.
Install the app
Install Outreach for Zoom Mail from the Zoom Marketplace and check that it appears in the Apps tab.
Use it while writing
In Zoom’s Mail tab, start a new email, click the Apps icon and choose Outreach for Zoom Mail. Sign in with the same account you use for Outreach.
