Guided CRM sync, for everyone

A guided setup for Salesforce and Dynamics replaced the old sync. Every customer was moved over with their settings carried across.

Outreach in French, German and Spanish

Global teams

Reps could switch Outreach itself into French, German or Spanish from their personal settings (beta).

Control who can see which sequences, templates and snippets, and share them by collection. In August, Content Managers could run content without full admin rights.

More of Outreach in the EU

EU customers

Mutual action plans, Kaia conversation intelligence, coaching and deal health could run in Outreach’s EU datacenter, so data stays in the region. Forecasting followed in the summer.

Outreach inside Dynamics 365

Dynamics teams

The Chrome extension started working inside Microsoft Dynamics 365, with quick import, call and email buttons and an Outreach sidebar.

One place to find, install and manage integrations, alongside a new Developer Portal for building your own. In December, apps could be limited to chosen users.

A dashboard for user adoption and inbox health, including bounces, opt-out reasons and send failures. In November it gained a CRM sync tile.

Add your own objects with typed fields, link them to prospects, accounts or opportunities, and build views around them. November added Dynamics sync, bulk actions and filtering prospects by custom object records.
