Voice in 2025: every update , in order
Outreach Voice spent 2025 on the unglamorous work that gets calls answered: fewer spam labels, rules about when you can call, and queues so inbound calls reach an available rep. Here are all 7 voice updates.

The Lyte take
If your team makes calls, register your numbers with Voice Integrity. It saves a ton of wasted dials, and every answered call gives Kaia more to work with.
Before you turn things on
Outreach Voice only. These features apply to Outreach Voice, and Voice Integrity covers purchased US numbers, not imported ones.
The carriers don’t match. The February notes name AT&T and T-Mobile for Voice Integrity; the help article adds Verizon. Check with Outreach.
Calling policies have limits. They cover US and Canadian numbers, and reps can override a block with a business reason.
Approval takes days. Carrier registration needs your business details and can take 48 to 72 hours or more.
