Outbound calling policies: rules for when your reps can call

Since August 2025 admins can set the days and hours calls are allowed, block holidays and add US and Canadian regional rules.

What it actually does

Calling policies stop reps from dialing outside the hours and dates you allow, or calling destinations you’ve blocked by phone number or US zip code, with extra rules for US and Canadian regions.

Reps can override a block with a business reason, and admins get a daily email listing the overrides.

Who it's for

Admins and compliance teams set the rules. Reps work within them.

Why it matters

It helps keep calling inside the times and places you allow.
