Pick a template, fill in four cards, click activate, and Outreach starts flagging deals that have quietly stalled, before your forecast call instead of after it.
Deal Alerts watch your open opportunities and raise a flag when something looks wrong. Out of the box they can catch no seller activity in 15 days, fewer than two people engaged in 30 days, no upcoming meeting, a change in deal amount, a close date pushed out by more than 30 days, or a close date that's already passed. An alert can also create a task for the deal owner.
Deal Alerts are built in Agent Studio, a gallery of ready-made AI workflows. Each one has the same four building blocks: what to watch, how often to check, optional conditions, and what to do. Besides deal alerts, the launch templates covered working new inbound leads and re-engaging closed-lost deals.
Admins and RevOps set up the workflows. Managers and AEs act on the alerts.
At-risk deals surface while there's still time to save them, and common revenue plays run without anyone building automation from scratch.
Go to Administration › User management › Access control, choose the profile, and under Agent Studio turn on "Create and configure agents." Save.
Go to Agents & AI › Agent Studio › New Agent and pick a Deal Alert template.
Give it a name, set the conditions, filters and thresholds on each card, then click Save and activate.
Alerts show up in the Alerts column of the opportunity list and on the Health & Alerts tab of each deal. Reps can also filter their saved views by alert type.
