Coaching at scale: Topic Explorer and self-scoring coaching cards

Most managers coach from the three calls they had time to hear. These features let Kaia listen to all of them, tie topics to wins and losses, and fill in the coaching card for you.

What it actually does

Topic Explorer looks across your conversations and connects what comes up (your products, competitors, objections, evaluation criteria) to whether those deals were won or lost. It shows where a competitor is gaining and which objections keep appearing. In the app it's called "AI Topic Explorer."

Auto-scored coaching cards do the grading. You decide which meetings qualify, for example discovery calls with a certain type of buyer. Kaia then scores the card on every matching call, and you can weight the questions that matter most.

Who it's for

Revenue leaders, enablement teams, front-line managers, and product marketers who want to know what buyers really say.

Why it matters

Coaching and messaging decisions rest on every call instead of a small sample, and managers spend their time coaching instead of grading.

How it’s grown so far this year

FEB
AI suggestions on coaching cards. Kaia proposes answers to coaching-card questions for the manager to review.
APR
Topic Explorer. Conversation topics and competitors tied to win rates, across all calls.
APR
Auto-scoring. Coaching cards score themselves on meetings that match your rules, with weighted questions.

How to set it up

  1. Give people access to Topic Explorer

Go to Administration › User Management › Access Control and choose a profile. Open AI topics explorer, turn on "Can view AI topics explorer insights," and save.

  2. Open it

People with access find it under Kaia › AI Topic Explorer.

  3. Set up auto-scoring on a card

Go to Kaia › Coach Cards, open a card and click the auto-scoring gear. Add at least one rule for which meetings qualify. Optionally set question weights and who can see scores.

  4. Save and publish

Publish the card. Unpublished cards are never scored, even with auto-scoring turned on.
