What it actually does
The Snowflake connector reads a view in your Snowflake warehouse and writes it into Outreach on a schedule: into custom objects, or into fields on prospects, accounts and, since November, opportunities.
Once the data is in Outreach, reps see it next to their work, and you can use it in filters and triggers.
Who it's for
Admins, RevOps and data teams.
Why it matters
Product usage and purchase data can drive who reps contact and when.
How it grew in 2025
FEB
Generally available, into custom objects and record fields.
MAY
Standard and custom prospect and account fields.
NOV
Opportunity fields.
How to set it up
Request a license
Go to Administration › Integrations › Connectors and click Request License.
Prepare both sides
Create an Outreach custom object that matches your Snowflake table, and a Snowflake view that includes an external_id.
Connect Snowflake
In Connectors › Snowflake, click Add Connection and enter your account identifier, username and private key, warehouse, database and schema.
Map the data
Add a connection that maps the source table to the destination object. Set external_id, created_at, updated_at and is_deleted, and choose how often it syncs.
Run a sync
Use the connection’s menu and choose Poll to sync.
