Custom reporting layouts: build the dashboard you actually want
In 2025 custom reporting layouts got a pile of new tiles and became the new home of the retired Team Activity report.

What it actually does
A custom reporting layout is a dashboard you build from tiles: leaderboards, meetings booked and held, call outcomes, email engagement, team and user overviews and more.
You can keep layouts private or share them with your company, set one as your default, and rename, resize or duplicate tiles.
Who it's for
Managers, sales leaders and RevOps who live in reports.

What teams track in spreadsheets can live in one Outreach dashboard.
How it grew in 2025
FEB
New tiles: cumulative meetings and calls, correct connects, email sentiment, best time to call, team and account overviews, and a richer User Overview.

Notice: the standalone Team Activity report is retiring.

A Team Activity tile, custom date ranges, tiles you can rename and more drill-ins.
How to set it up
Start a layout
Create a new layout, which opens a blank canvas, and add tiles from the list of available tiles.
Arrange and rename
Move, resize, duplicate or remove tiles. To rename one, open the layout in edit mode, use the tile’s three-dot menu and choose Rename.
Find it and set a default
Saved layouts appear in the layouts dropdown under Your Layouts or Company Layouts. Set one as your default to see it when you open the Overview report.
Control who can build (admins)
Set who can create and share layouts under Profiles › Sales intelligence tiles, and the company default under Users & Permissions › Layouts.
