SMS Messaging Program
Program description. Lyte Sales LLC sends text messages to people who opt in through the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form, and to clients who provide written consent in their services agreement. Messages cover consultation scheduling, meeting reminders, project status updates, and replies to your inquiries.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. We never purchase, rent, or obtain phone numbers from third parties.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your scheduling and project activity.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through our contact form.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
