Outreach's prospecting agent changed in six months so far this year. It got easier to aim, easier to audit, and finally easy to measure in pipeline dollars.
Revenue Agent finds accounts and people that match your criteria, enriches them with contact data, and adds them to sequences. Think of it as an AI SDR that works from the rules you give it, including buying signals like hiring spikes or funding rounds.
This year's updates were about control and proof. You can aim it with an existing list, keep each account with one seller, see every change anyone made to its settings, and measure the meetings, pipeline and revenue each agent produced.
RevOps sets it up and audits it. SDR leaders decide where it aims and judge the results.
It answers the question every CRO asks about AI prospecting: did it make pipeline?
Set permissions under Administration › User management › Access control › [profile] › Prospecting Agents. Then create an agent with +Revenue Agent.
In the targeting step, pick one of your Saved Views instead of rebuilding filters.
In sequencer assignment, choose a team and Mailbox by prior engagement in team. The first prospect is assigned round-robin, and the account stays with that seller until 60 days pass with no engagement.
Go to Agents & AI › Revenue Agents and pick the agent. Below Activity alerts, find an "Agent was updated" event and click See changes.
Open Reports › Sequence performance, and pick a Revenue Agent in the filters to see that agent’s results. The export gives one row per agent per sequence.
