Research Agent: ask once, answer for every account
Launched in August 2025, Research Agent answers a research question for each account, from the web or from your own Outreach data, and saves the answer to a field.

What it actually does
You write a research prompt, such as whether a company is hiring for a role you sell to, and choose where the answer comes from: the web, or your Outreach data such as emails, Kaia calls and meeting summaries. The answer is written to a field on the record.
Because the answer lives in a field, reps can filter on it, and other agents and AI personalization can use it.
Who it's for
RevOps builds the agents. Reps and AEs use the answers.
Why it matters
Account research at scale, saved where people and other AI features can use it.
How it grew in 2025
AUG
Launch: blueprints, web or Outreach sources, and Playground Mode for testing.
NOV
Upgrades: a tile to run it from the account plan, on and off switches, lookback windows, a buyer focus, timestamps and custom fields during setup.
