The Outreach mobile app in 2025: from viewer to workhorse
At the start of 2025 the phone app was mostly for looking things up. By the end of the year it could work email tasks, make calls, play Kaia recordings and submit your forecast.

What it actually does
Three areas grew in 2025. Selling: email tasks, an inbox, a dialer and templates. Kaia: recordings with AI summaries, and questions you can ask about a call. Planning: your calendar and your forecast.
Most of this arrived as regular app updates, with no settings to change.
Who it's for
Reps, AEs and managers who sell between meetings.
Why it matters
Follow-up and forecasting don’t have to wait for a laptop.
