What it actually does
When you share a Kaia recording, you choose who can open the link: anyone who has it, anyone who verifies their email with a 6-digit code, or only the people you pick (restricted).
You can also trim the clip to a start and end time, set the link to expire and decide whether the AI summary is visible. If sharing is allowed, the host can see when a link was shared, who received it and who watched.
Who it's for
Reps and AEs who send calls to buyers or teammates, and admins who set the rules.
Why it matters
Sharing is safer, and a buyer opening the recording tells you the deal is still alive.
